Notes

Released as a digipak. There were two different cd covers. The packaging on the original independent CD (released March, 2008) is a bit lacking. It was wrapped in a rather drab, grey digipak and didn't include a booklet. The second printing (released October 2008) contained a far nicer cover and the lyrics were included on the inside of the digipak itself.
